Overview
This novel is about Jackson, a 5th grade boy who has been homeless and his imaginary friend, Crenshaw. Excellent book for interactive read alouds, close and shared readings. Unit includes teacher overview, 2 pre-writing activities, comprehension and vocabulary activities, character analysis, story mapping and theme activity and common core standards.
