Please Note:
You need to know your site license number and password to sign in and administer your site license. If you don't already know your site license number, you can submit a request for your site license information. Go to our site license information retrieval tool and enter the email address of your site license contact person. They will be sent an email containing everything they need to know for signing in and administering the site license.
If your site license has expired, you will not be able to sign in to administer it. If you wish to renew, you may begin the process online by looking up your site license for renewal.
You must supply the site license number for your account to be found. Email addresses, the name of your organization, and/or the name of the contact person are not sufficient to properly identify your site license.
